Proctor, 91, of Sedalia, Missouri, passed away January 15, 2015, at the Missouri Veterans Home in Warrensburg. His surgical residency was at the University of Oklahoma. At 19 he entered the Army and was assigned to the 86th Black Hawk Division, 331st Field Artillery, Battery A.

Paul "Tom" Rutledge, Class of 1951, passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2015, in Canton, Ohio. During this time he kept his wit and pleasant personality. In the short time since his passing, Mike is already remembered as a skillful storyteller with a boundless sense of humor. He was the youngest of four children and grew up surrounded by many cousins who were like siblings. His legacy will live on through the lives of his children and grandchildren, the life lessons he shared, his love for John Deere and Jack Daniels collectibles, and his sweet tooth for chocolate-covered cherries. Don attended the University of Chicago and the University of Wisconsin, receiving a degree in Meteorology. He served in both the European and Pacific theaters of operation. Many of the friendships stemmed from early childhood through grade school, Hickman High School and World War II, until their final passing, one by one. Jack was born on May 15, 1929, in Boone County, the son of Mamie (Bradley) and Harry Gilmore.

Don was preceded in death by his parents and twin sons, Tom and Mike Proctor. Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with inurnment to follow at Crown Hill Cemetery. The family suggests contributions to Sacred Heart Church, Donald C. Upon retirement he spent several years transporting cars for Bob Mc Cosh Chevrolet. Jack enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and family.

Proctor, Class of 1942, passed away January 15, 2015, at the Missouri Veterans Home in Warrensburg, Missouri. Mike is survived by his brother, Patrick Eng; his sister-in-law, Mary Del Eng; and his nephew, Matthew Eng, all of Columbia; his niece Jennifer Eng and nephew Allen Russell, Jr., both of Kansas City; and by many other family and friends too numerous to list. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, January 16, from to p.m. Proctor Library, or Missouri Veterans Home Unit D in Warrensburg. 30, and a celebration of life including a Masonic ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. Johnnie was a member of VFW Post 280, and the Twilight Lodge for over 50 years as a 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason. Survivors include his wife, Bessie; sons, Mark (Emily) Gilmore and Kevin Gilmore; grandchildren, Justin (Pam) Gilmore, Courtney Gilmore, Collin Gilmore, and Joshua Gilmore; sister, Peggy (Jack) Rhoades; brothers, James (Betty) Gilmore and Bradley Gilmore. at Compass E-Free Church in Columbia with visitation one hour prior.
